I've been buying at Cicampo for over 12 years, I've never had a problem with the store because the products have never been defective, but on my last purchase of a small Schulz compressor, it seems like it has no power, when it turns on by itself it starts to smoke, I took it to the store and they said it was normal even with several videos of the compressor smoking, this was the first time I used the device... they said it would have to be without a compressor for up to 30 days if I wanted to send it for assistance, as the device was only 3 days old. I don't recommend the store after purchase and I will certainly stop buying, I preferred the physical store precisely because of the guarantee, even though it is higher than the free market... I certainly recommend buying in the free market where you have the option of returning the item. product if it doesn't work.
